Repairs
All defective car parts are repaired by our highly trained and certified technicians, and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our auto repair services, the staff at My Seat Belt Guy will gladly refund all money paid to us. By placing an order with us, you agree not to pursue any action—legal or personal—demanding any sum greater than the monies paid to us for service. If you sent a package to My Seat Belt Guy using our repair & return service option, we are not responsible for any missing items that were shipped to us. This includes screws, bolts, nuts, plugs, etc. In addition, all items sent to us must pass an initial acceptance test upon receipt, during which our highly qualified technicians will carefully evaluate and document the condition of the auto part.
